Tim is a father of two, a dog dad, and an outdoor enthusiast who loves spending time swimming and playing with his kids. When he’s not working, you’ll likely find him golfing (even if he admits he’s not great at it), traveling when he can, or pushing himself through CrossFit workouts, sometimes even in local competitions.

With 25+ years in the landscape industry, Tim holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Albion College, an associate’s in landscape horticulture, and is a certified landscape designer. He’s also the co-founder of SnowScape, a contractor-focused software that helps teams track and manage their operations in the field.

Tim brings a real passion for helping others and creating meaningful change. For him, there’s nothing more rewarding than seeing a space completely transformed and knowing it made someone’s daily life better.

Before joining the company, she spent 16 years as a gymnast and ten years coaching the sport. She has a bachelor’s degree from Madonna University and still brings that same focus and dedication to her role today.

Outside the office, Sarah enjoys live music, plays, and sporting events, whether she’s watching from the stands or cheering from home, you can always count her in.
